When will my order ship?

Thank you for your purchase! Please know, we strive to get your orders out in 3-4 business days. Once it has shipped, please allow an additional 2-8 business days for transit via USPS, depending on the shipping speed you selected at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on process and ship very quickly. We will do our best if you absolutely must modify or cancel, but we offer no guarantee that it will be canceled or modified. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

My package was marked as "Delivered" but I don't see it.

We understand that sometimes packages can go missing or be delivered to the wrong address, and we want to help you locate your package. Here are a few steps you can take to try and find your package:

  1. Check with your neighbors or any members of your household to see if they may have received the package on your behalf.
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier to see if they can provide any additional information about the delivery of your package.
  3. If you believe your package may have been stolen, please file a report with your local law enforcement agency.
My package has been Returned to Sender - why and what can I do?

If your package has been Returned to Sender, there was an issue with the delivery address provided, and the carrier was unable to deliver the package to you.
